CHICHIBU FESTIVAL
This festival held in the Chichibu Prefecture is one of the favorites in Japan with people coming from all over. The special part about it is the 2 hours of fireworks at the end of the big parade. The only thing that can spoil this wonderful night is the cold since it's held in the winter so be sure to bundle up.
